Our investigators come from a variety of backgrounds including the military and police, providing a platform to deliver a versatile, high quality range of services covering all aspects of fraud investigation. Gary Cox Investigations, our managers and investigators are licensed in each state and have all necessary insurance cover such as workers compensation; public liability and professional indemnity. Procedures are documented at all levels and we adhere to our industry Codes of Conduct. We have our own internal Contract for Services with incorporated Code of Conduct which all investigative staff must adhere to. All clerical staff must sign our Confidentiality Agreement. Gary Cox liaised extensively with the office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner in the drafting of the National Privacy Principles. This also ensured that Gary Cox Investigations fully complies with the NPP's.
